About the Role

The position is a summer temporary job, so we hope you are available for work between weeks 25-33. Securitas will assign you a schedule so you can plan your summer with both work and enjoyable activities in good time! Whether you want to work day or night, in a fast-paced or calm environment, Securitas has the job for you.

Working as a guard is perfect for you who enjoy working with people and helping them in their everyday lives. As a guard at our office in Mora, you will become part of a close-knit team of 15 colleagues. The length of shifts varies, but they are often 12-hour shifts either day or night. The schedule also includes work on weekends.

As a patrolling guard, you are responsible for performing surveillance for several clients during your shift. You travel between clients by car and carry out various types of checks, including area surveillance, patrolling inside premises, alarm connections, and closures for clients. In this role, it is important to document your work and any deviations you encounter. The work is independent and is often perceived as free, but with great responsibility. The role of a patrolling guard is suitable for you who want a job that allows you to move around. The working hours are mainly at night.

Requirements

To be able to work in this role, you must have passing grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school, as this is a formal requirement for employment. Furthermore, a B driver's license is necessary as the job largely involves using a car in the service.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in similar tasks. Civil or military security guard training is also seen as a benefit and gives you a good foundation to quickly adapt to the role.
